Scheduling Fee — Terms

1. This is a scheduling fee, not a deposit
The $100.00 scheduling fee is payment for scheduling services that PRECIZION Flooring performs immediately upon your booking: reserving your requested install date, removing that date from availability for other customers, and committing a crew to it. These services are complete when you book. They are not contingent on the installation taking place.
2. The fee is fully earned when paid
Because the scheduling services above are performed and completed at the time of booking, the scheduling fee is fully earned when paid and is not refundable. This applies whether or not the installation is later performed, and regardless of the reason for cancellation.
3. What a cancellation actually costs
When you cancel, PRECIZION Flooring does not recover the date. The crew held for you was unavailable to other customers for the entire period between your booking and your cancellation, and that period cannot be resold. The scheduling fee compensates that loss. It is not a penalty.
4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is not cancelling. If you move your date rather than cancel, the scheduling fee carries forward at no additional charge to a replacement date that PRECIZION Flooring confirms is available. A rescheduled date is not held until we confirm it.
5. If we cancel
If PRECIZION Flooring cancels and cannot offer you an alternative date, the scheduling fee is refunded in full.
6. Separate from the price of your installation
The scheduling fee is separate from the price of the installation and is not a partial payment toward it.
7. What appears on your statement
PRECIZION FLOORING is the descriptor that appears on your card statement.
8. Refund method and timing
Where a refund is due under section 5, it is returned to the card used and typically posts within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
9. These terms and your installation
These terms govern the scheduling fee only. The terms of the installation itself are those in your written estimate and work order. Where those documents and this page differ, those documents control.
10. Your acknowledgement
By typing your name and ticking the box at checkout, you confirm that you have read the above; that you understand this is a scheduling fee, not a deposit; that the scheduling services are performed immediately and are complete when you book; and that this fee is not refundable if you cancel, for any reason, at any time, whether or not the installation takes place. The date, the time, and the exact wording shown to you are recorded with your payment.
