A $100 scheduling fee reserves your install date. It is not a deposit.

• Your date is reserved the moment you book
• Removed from availability for every other customer
• A crew is committed to it

This is a scheduling fee, not a deposit. It pays for scheduling work we perform the moment you book: reserving your date, removing it from availability for other customers, and committing a crew to it. That work is complete when you book and is not contingent on the installation taking place, so the fee is fully earned when paid and is not refundable. If you reschedule instead of cancelling it carries to a replacement date we confirm is available. If we cancel and cannot offer you another date, it is refunded in full.
